Freshness Guarantee
We take pride in delivering high-quality, delicious treats. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

Order Concerns
If you receive the wrong item or have a quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. Include a photo and details so we can review your order. Approved concerns may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Damaged Treats
If your goodies arrive damaged, send us clear photos within 24 hours. We’ll gladly review and find the sweetest solution.

Cancellations
Orders must be canceled at least 24–48 hours in advance to receive store credit. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
